Paradox Global Limited provides supplier sourcing, quality control inspections, and compliance coordination services. We do not provide freight forwarding, shipping, or customs clearance.
Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a written service agreement.
Limitation of liability
Paradox Global Limited is not liable for supplier performance, product defects not identified during inspection, or delays caused by third parties including freight forwarders and customs authorities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Shenzhen.
